- Boutique Consulting: from single day deep dive sessions, to one month sprints, to multi-month initiatives, we can assist in ways that make sense for you. Our consulting efforts are fixed price and deliverables-oriented. We shine at giving you concrete, implementable assets. And when you have work that needs to be done, but you're not sure about hiring someone full-time, we can help.
- Executive Coaching: we have coached and mentored dozens of leaders at various stages of their career. With a mix of methodology, presence, generous questions, pattern matching, and story telling, we show up in ways that are tuned to your needs.
- Seed Capital: our founder, Steve Semelsberger, has made 11 angel investments, served as a partner at Capital Factory, and loves helping early-stage entrepreneurs with small capital placements, often coupled with an advisory arrangement.
